Orientflex rubber heater hose adopts EPDM as the raw material. Because EPDM has excellent temperature and aging resistance. Thus EPDM heater hose will performs more well than other hoses in high temp work conditions.
SAE J20R3 Rubber Heater Hose
Tube: Special rubber formula with perfect brake fluid compatibility
Reinforcement: High tensile synthetic yarn (Polyester)
Cover: Smooth, black EPDM with good heat, ozone and weather resistance
Temperature: -30℃ to +110℃ (-22℉ to +230℉)
Application: To convey hot water predominantly in vehicles
J20R3 Hose is suitable for delivering hot water in cooling systems. It’s made from CR/EPDM and the cover is weather, abrasion and oil resistant.
The hose is suitable for ethylene glycol solutions with EPDM lining. The high tensile strength textile reinforcement makes the working pressures up to 10 bar, with a safety factor of at least 3:1.
