Carrier:
When using the hose, pay attention to the carrier it is carrying. (water, air, oil, powder, granules, toxic chemicals and other substances) Consult our company if necessary.
Bending:
1. The PVC hose should be used above its minimum turning radius. (Minimum turning radius: pipe diameter × 4 times) If the turning radius is too small, the hose will be broken and the service life of the hose will be reduced.
2. When used for conveying powder and granules, the bending radius of the hose should be enlarged as much as possible according to the site conditions and actual conditions.
3. When matching with metal joints, do not use it in an extremely bent state.
Assembly
1. To select the appropriate hose size fittings.
2. When installed and used, the end of the hose should be rounded
3. When the connector is installed into the hose, please apply grease to the connector and hose, and do not bake it with fire. If it cannot be installed, the hose can be heated with hot water before installing the joint.
4. When tightening, leave an appropriate amount of room to prevent damage to the hose.
Regular inspection and abnormal situation
1. During the use of the hose, be sure to implement a regular inspection system.
2. The service life of the hose is affected by the physical and chemical properties, temperature, flow rate, pressure, and amplitude frequency of the carrier. If any abnormal signs are found, it should be stopped and replaced immediately.
