Before making any connections, you need to prepare the necessary tools, such as wrenches, expanders, and leak detectors. Also, ensure a clean working environment to prevent impurities from entering the pipes. Pipe connection has two types: rigid pipe connection and flexible pipe connection.

Rigid pipe connection is typically welded. During welding, ensure the weld area is clean and dry. Use appropriate welding materials and techniques to ensure weld quality and prevent leaks. Flexible pipe connections are often secured with clamps. When installing clamps, select the appropriate size and ensure they are securely fastened to prevent the hose from falling off or leaking.

During the connection process, pay attention to the routing and layout of the auto hose. Avoid excessive bends or twists in the pipes. Because these can affect refrigerant flow and system performance.

After completing the connection, a leak test is essential. You can use a leak detector or apply soapy water to check for leaks at the joints. If leaks are detected, address them promptly.

In addition, ensure pipe insulation. Good insulation reduces cooling loss and improves the efficiency of the air conditioning system. During the entire connection operation process, the operator should have professional knowledge and skills and strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of the automobile air conditioning pipe connection.
