Bulk discharge hose widely serves in industry with high pressure and temperature environment. While it is used in mining, construction, chemical hose and many other applications to deliver sand, cement, grout, concrete and other abrasive materials.

Tube: Back and smooth synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic cord
Cover: Black and smooth (wrapped finish) synthetic rubber, weather and ozone resistant
Temperature: -30℃ to +70℃ (-22℉ to +158℉)
Application: Specially designed softwall hose is to delivery dry cement, sand and gravel with excellent rebound, durability and abrasion resistance.
Dry Bulk Discharge Hose is designed to transfer bulk material, such as cement, sand, lime and fertilizers etc. Dry bulk hose is reinforced with multiply of high tensile synthetic cords and anti static wire helix.
The cover is abrasion, age and weather resistant and ideal for all kinds of tunnel engineering roadway, caverns and other engineering operations. Service life may vary depending on the operating conditions, hours of use and the materials that being conveyed.
