Rubber air conditioner hose is to tranasfer refrigerant in the air conditioning system. It widely serves in various vehicles like car and truck. Automotive air conditioning hoses can bear high and low pressure. What’s more, it remains flexible at -40℃.
Air Conditioner Hose is widely used in air condition systems of various vehicles (cars, trains, trams) and smaller installations of industrial cooling. In these installations, freon mixed with compressor oil acts as refrigerant. AC vent tube for car circulates in the system with continuous pressure and temperature fluctuations.
It is essential for the auto air conditioner hose to be perfectly tight as freon is very penetrating, expensive and harmful to the environment. The ac tube for car must be highly resistant to pressure, temperature, chemicals and stop humidity from permeating the hose wall.
