Weekly Hydraulic Hose Maintenance
- Take these steps once a week to keep your hydraulic hose in top shape:
- Tighten the tire nuts and the connecting bolts on the drive axle, as well as the front and rear drive shafts.
- Check if the brake clearance and pedal free travel meet requirements.
- Inspect the battery fluid level and electrolyte specific gravity. At 15℃, the ideal proportion is 1.24–1.27.
- Add lubricant to specified points as needed.
Monthly Hydraulic Hose Maintenance
- Build on your weekly maintenance with these additional tasks once a month:
- Measure the tire pressure to ensure it’s within the correct range.
- Clean the fuel tank, hydraulic tank, and air purifier thoroughly.
- Check that the wheel hub, brake disc, and bearing cover bolts are securely fastened.
- Inspect the brake system for oil leaks or visible damage.

Quarterly Hydraulic Hose Maintenance
- Every three months, focus on these key checks:
- Examine all valves and cylinders for oil leaks or damage.
- Check the brake master cylinder piston (and its cup) for signs of wear or damage.
- Adjust the hub bearing clearance. After adjustment, ensure the brake disc’s outer end face runout stays below 0.2 mm.
Semi-Annual Hydraulic Hose Maintenance
- Perform these tasks every six months:
- Clean all oil tanks, pipelines, and reservoirs (including those for natural oil and hydraulic oil). Replace any damaged components.
- Disassemble, clean, and inspect the brakes and master cylinder—then test the braking effect.
- Check the transmission wheel meshing and adjust the side clearance as needed.
- Inspect the frame for deformation or weld cracks.

Winter Hydraulic Hose Maintenance
- When winter arrives, add these steps to your routine:
- Switch to winter-grade oil for optimal performance in cold temperatures.
- Fill the brake system with freezing fluid to prevent freezing.
- Check the battery electrolyte’s specific gravity and capacity to ensure reliable operation in low temperatures.
